This project was produced for a brass group titled The King's Brass__an innovative, creative, worship group traveling nationwide and internationally for forty years with fifteen released recordings. The group consists of three trumpets, three trombones, a tuba, keyboards, and percussion. They play a wide variety of music from Gabrieli to hymn classics, from Handel to jazz spirituals,and from Christmas carols to patriotic marches [as quoted from their site].
In conjunction with the 50th anniversary of Greater Europe Mission, The King's Brass traveled to Europe to help in the celebration. This CD was produced as part of that invitation. The design utilizes passport stamps to indicate the overseas travel of the group.
