This clean simple line modernist style home is located on a steeply sloping hillside site with magnificent ocean and mountain views. The house has been angled on the site to face the beach view head on, and make the most of the surrounding vistas.
Originally designed as a family holiday home, the owners have decided to move in permanently to enjoy the space and vistas.
The owners brief was for a modernist geometric style home with strong clean lines, that took in the views. The site has a 10m slope, and the building has been sited to make the most of the slope, yet feel part of the landscape, with levelled courtyards and feature pool area.
