While most seventeen year olds would celebrate their birthdays with cakes, and balloons, and piles of presents for Kyle it was just another day in the Shallows. There would be no cakes today. No balloons. No presents for the orphan boy from the slums."
This is an excerpt from the first chapter of my YA fiction series The Dystopia Chronicles. The book series tells the story of Kyle, a young loner orphan turns supernatural savior, in a sci-fi dystopian world. All the works below are characters from my series.
