This is Vegas
Surreal Software and Midway Entertainment
This is Vegas is a title I worked on for Surreal Software and Midway for several years. It was never published, but a lot of work went into it. These are some of the environments I worked on for it. It was all created in Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush, and Crazybump, in the Unreal 3 Engine.
The interior of the Axis casino's main floor. I modeled and textured the floors, walls, ceilings, detail items like the pipes, lighting rigs, and signage.
This is the top floor of the casino, called the Apex. I modeled and textured the majority of the environment, including the railings, furniture, floors, the Sphere of Fear, the concert stage, all of the outer walls, stairs, and race track.
Little Sadie's strip club. It wasn't finished, but I created most all of the models and textures.
Avalon casino. It was our analog to the Camelot in Vegas. I modeled and textured all of the large architectural structures, the terrain, much of the foliage and surrounding props, and placed them as well. I was also in charge of optimization, keeping the area running at required framerates.
Club Aqua interior shot. I made the floors, furniture, stairs and railings, walls, supports, and various props.
Club Aqua exterior, which I modeled and textured. Added animated lighting for the windows to show the party going on inside.
Another Club Aqua interior shot. Very industrial work involving I-beams, metal grate upper floors, diamond plate for wall trims and stairs, yet glossy plate flooring inspired by a local club.
