What is the "Battle of the Soul"?
The Battle is what defines you. It's what stands behind you. It's what you let consume you or confuse you. This Battle rages on when we stop singing our song and begin playing melodies of Lust, Greed, Sloth and Rage, Envy, Pride and Gluttoney...
How long does it take you not to confuse this as a Battle for the Soul, you Chaste, Kind, Vigilante... Serene, Beautiful, Humble and Free...
This collection is all about the feeling… taboo vs normality, Good vs Evil, Sin vs Virtue, Weakness vs Power…
When did the 7 Sins become something we stopped believing in and started living in? When did they become the “norm”? If you were asked to name the 7 Virtues, could you? And the final question that drives this fierce Battle of the Soul is always, "Which side are you on?

When did the 7 Sins become something we stopped believing in and started living in? When did they become the “norm”? If you were asked to name the 7 Virtues, could you? And the final question that drives this fierce Battle of the Soul is always, "Which side are you on?
1. RAGE (sin) - depicts one of the most powerful emotions that can either save us or destroy us.
3. PRIDE (sin) - some have asked when it stopped being a sin but something we should live and die for. Others have said without it we are nothing. Good or bad, there are no lines between these colors, making it merely ourselves who search instead of simply seeing... this multicolored canvas.
4. HUMILITY (virtue) - Transforming the colorfully loud, yet lifeless, into something solidly gold, yet priceless. Humility glows, not of superiority, but of honor and solidarity, humbly achieving grace and passing it on.
5. GREED (sin) - Even at gold it scratches, only wanting something finer as it wildly hunts for the very treasure it has ravaged...yet bound for nothing better.
6. GENEROSITY (virtue) - In the true essence of Generosity you should not be able to tell, who is the giver, or who is the taker, or who is benefiting most from the sell. It should not be so readily known, who is the granter of the loan.
When it’s no longer clear as black and white, when you no longer distinguish between left and right, when these millions of shades of grey are dissolving all the wants and needs, no matter where it may lead, in this final step of kindness, you have found the true essence of Generosity.

7. LUST (sin) - Captures the absolute & pure red passion that comes from lust. It's the only thing your eyes can actually see... when they're closed.
8. CHASTITY (virtue) - As the heat of passion is tamed, it takes the form of cooling lava. Hit with the air of reality, it instantly cools, protecting the burning desire that is just below the surface.
9. SLOTH (sin) - Tells a short story about the do-nothing scenario that has been justified by the actions of someone else.
10. DILIGENCE (virtue) - To quote Benjamin Button, “Some people were born to sit by a river. Some get struck by lightning. Some have an ear for music. Some are artists. Some swim. Some know buttons. Some know Shakespeare. Some are mothers. And some people, dance.”
We all have a gift which runs on diligence. It survives by diligence. And it remains through diligence. Even though it may not always be seen on the road we are travelling, those of us who succeed are never without it.

11. GLUTTONY - reflects the body decaying, a consequence of the overindulgence lifestyle that many of us consider normal.
12. ABSTINENCE (virtue) - Somewhat of a tattered blank canvas for each of the seven sins, Abstinence's restraint slowly washes out the gluttonous wantons & too-toos within us, while making room for a reasonable and seasonable apprentice.
13. ENVY (sin) - It drains the color even from rainbows, storing it just within reach behind us. So, instead of looking forward, we are lost beside ourselves, looking backwards. All of us have a purpose to embrace our rainbows, keeping them upright and color full.
14. ADMIRATION (virtue) - Admiration of others from a distance shows mostly an unclear picture of what truly is.
But when we admire from up close, and even a little closer to the mirror, we begin to see our own reflection coming to the fore. In the beauty of others dearer, we find the beauty of ourselves to adore.
