Mt Adams Bar & Grill is housed in a beautiful old building atop the historic Mt Adams hill. The area is steeped in the history of inclines and the famous bootlegger George Remus. The grill needed a serious refresh of their menu and trusted me to get it right the first time. The new menu has resulted in increased business per the owner.
