i'm not sure i'm going to finish this one, but i like the way it started. i began spot coloring the lines, randomly selecting a rainbow of colors to bring out the figure. then i moved into the figure using the line colors, and adding texture. the hair came out great (!) but the hat kind'a looks like it's floating on her head a little. again, i may come back to this to experiment more...
