This is an initiative by my sister 'Sunjam Kaur' and I. We have 'Gauri' as the centre of the project. Gauri is an indian cow representing the many Indian cows who were worshiped in the past.. and these days, as much as the thinking of Indian people has evolved, the treatment towards cows has deteriorated. With this effort, we don't expect anyone to start worshiping cows again, but for them to understand that neglecting these creatures has led to a great number of cows to come on the streets and make the streets their new home. Also, because of this change in the cow's habitat, it needs to look for food on the streets. Gauri will be taking upon an interesting journey through the national capital of new delhi visiting major roundabouts of the city in hopes of making the citizens aware of issues like mistreating innocent animals which are considered sacred in this nation and creating awareness about recycling and composting.Official website at www.aajkigauri.wordpress.comtwitter & instagram: @aajkigauri
