Potential Hospital client in St. Louis
This is an inhouse analysis of the hospital campus of BJC, WUMC and SLCH hospital complexes. Part of their Campus Renewal initiative, they are looking to build in various phases over the next 20 years.
The site is adjacent to the large and open Forest Park in St. Louis. Most hospitals would dream of a Front Yard like this. They are located just down the road from downtown proper and the Arch.
Some factors in the siting of new work were Sun Exposure, Views, Expansion Possiblities, New vs. Old, Order.
