Thesis – Wagging Tails
The “Wagging Tails” program is designed
to educate those interested in owning a pet
before purchasing one.
 
Many dogs in Taiwan are abandoned and various programs, such as the Catch, Neuter, Release program, try to help. Although many dogs are being neutered, the numbers of strays remain consistent. If we dig to the root of the problem: uneducated buyers, we may be able to help these animals and keep the number of strays at a lesser number. Often times, people who want pets buy them on an impulse, only to find undesirable qualities they are not willing to put up with.
