Creating and animated identity is for me by far the most difficult request I received on my desk. Nonetheless from a plane white logo this was my first attempt for the University situated in the north of Norway.
So this is the orignal logo that I was working from, with the background being my creative input for the animation.
The Lygen Alps was requested as the mountain range for the ravens to fly over, but it took a while to find a specific mountain range within the area that stands out naturally and instantly.
This was part of the very first concept design, which by now look very tiny in comparison to the official project specifications and detail. But then again this was the foundation.
