Here I went for the exellent book by Henri Charriére, Papillon (The Butterfly). The book is an account of a fourteen-year period in Papillon's (Charriere's) life starting from when he was wrongly convicted of murder in France and sentenced to a life of hard labor at the Devil's Island penal colony.
