A3 Posters & flyers
'Twelve' is the name of Liverpool School of Art & Design's 2012 Fine Art Degree Show. Ay-Up Creative was given the opportunity to create the visuals to promote the show, which consisted of A3 Risograph printed posters and flyers, along with exclusive A2 Gold screen prints to sell at the show.
The imagery created is a dodecagon, a 12 sided polygon, with each circle within the structure representing each student graduating on the course. The dodecagon can also be seen as an abstract symbol of the space within which all the students will be exhibiting together (the art school) and the lines connecting each dot are a reference of how they are all linked within their same practise, whether as friends, collaborators or sharing a certain space within the exhibition.
Ay-Up Creative also collaborated with Art student Will Facer to Art Direct the degree show's catalogue, where the same visual language was applied.
