Creelman featured a very large usable lot that was once used as a dog breeding facility with multiple kennels onsite. The property had been heavily vandalized with graffiti, punched out drywall, and broken windows. We wanted to keep the integrety of the existing building but provide some very nice, functional upgrades to increase the value of the property. We replaced the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, upgraded the carpet, replaced the missing drywall, and replaced the flooring throughout.
