俗話說台灣最美的風景是人，但我們認為讓台灣美到令人剪不斷理還亂的，是美食。於是，我們解剖五大美得超有層次‬、‎美的毫不膚淺的台灣小吃，帶你從上到下、從裡到外，一層一層感受台灣小吃的深度。

It is said that the most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is people, but we think it‘s food that makes Taiwan beautiful and reminiscent. Therefore, we illustrated the top five Taiwanese cuisines that are appetizing, easy-to-get and layered. Besides, with anatomy, it would let you experience the spirit of Taiwanese food.

小吃那令人垂涎欲滴的外表，全歸功於內在的料理過程與食材的搭配，一層一層疊出豐富的好滋味，為了表現小吃的「內功」，我們以「實驗」的精神，將小吃解剖，以爆炸動態圖呈現，讓大家一探究竟！

Regarding Taiwanese cuisine, we believed that the appetizing appearance is due to the combination of cooking process and ingredients. Through the process of cooking, with different ingredient.

To indicate the point, we not only illustrated the food as a exploded view drawing but also turned it into a gif!

我們從熱門台灣小吃代表中選出五個熱門項目：牛肉麵、棺材板、大腸包小腸、滷肉飯和珍珠奶茶。再訪問當地人與熱門商家，參考其食材資訊做圖像參考、並把平均熱量及價格當作補充資訊！

How do we collect the information?

First of all, we selected 5 amazing Taiwanese cuisine based on an evaluation of the best Taiwanese local cuisine.Then, we asked local residents and restaurants to get information, which includes image, average calories and price.
