Based on the requirements mentioned above, it was decided to opt for the technology of plywood, for its strength and conformation potential. In perspective of reducing production costs, it was considered operating with only two conformation molds.The resulting chair is composed of three elements deinking: hind legs, front leg and back, and armrest. The main component, the back / leg serves as the “backbone” of the chair, adding the remaining elements. The assembly is made by alignment of faces to create a more organic relationship between components, contrasting with the individual synthetic character.
