Invent a fictitious property and accompanying brochure. The Switch Building is situated in a refurbished electrical components factory in Ipswich, Suffolk. Having decided on the location of my fictitious property and its context, I was then inspired to create a brochure that would be contemporary, while retaining the heritage of the properties former life as an electrical components factory. I explored this topic vastly, looking at everything from vintage lightbulb ads to electrical circuit diagrams; most of which subtly found its way into my design thinking on this project. The brochure comes fully P.A.T. tested.
