The Abduction Dorsiflexion Mechanism (ADM) is the first foot abduction brace that doesn't integrate the traditional "boots and bar" methodology.

 

No other device supports both anklesub-talar and tibio-talar joint functions in a single device. This device can be used to help prevent clubfoot relapse in accordance with the Ponsetti method.

 

This provides increased comfort whilst allowing the child to have more freedom of movement.
