Brief
The brief was to brand a hotel based in Manchester with a unique experience which resembles Manchester.

Solution
My solution for this project was based around the discovery of the splitting of the atom in 1917 at Manchester University. Through research I discovered the technique used to find out the discovery which led to the design outcome of the gold foil logo for the hotel.

The Ernest Rutherford lobby, the lobby dedicated to the scientist that made the amazing discovery at Manchester University, through the lobby and other rooms in the hotel I have taken a split theme which links in with the scientific discovery made.
This is one of the bedrooms in the hotel with the split theme linked into it.
This is a mock up of how the branding works on signs and applications throughout the hotel.
A mock up of how the branding works through a various range of stationary.
To show more of the branding and to make a more realistic feel for the brief I have made and designed an app and website for the hotel so people can view and book their rooms.
