It's great when you can combine music with art and design. Being part of Last Remains and having a background in design helps a lot. Since we wanted to do everything ourselves, it was quite obvious that designing the album cover for the "Strive & Prosper" single had to be my job.
Since the song starts with the sounds of crashing waves and the lyrics tell the story of a man drowning in his problems, finding his way up to the surface, it was clear that the album cover should be a visual of that particular story.
So I have made two different covers, from which me and my bandmates to choose:

Unfortunately the black and white one did not make the cut, so we chose the second cover to represent our new single. And here is the back side of it:
