As a quick project for myself I took on a small section of what could potentially be a huge project in the future.

I decided to take on the redesign for the Steam app on both Apple and Android (although these mockups are Apple).

Although I only redesigned/reskinned the login/menu/library/friends page I feel it shows what could be created on all other pages. With a simple grided layout and the use of Steams well known grey/blue colour scheme as a base I have created the below by adding small touches such as the circle icons and the colour indicators on the friends page.

Because this is an on going project I will be updating this project as often as I can. The below picture is one such update, and even though it looks very similar to the picture above I have swapped the cornered boxes (already used by steam) with those of a rounded corner. Although this is just a minimal change I beleive it greatly improves the visual aesthetic as most phones and tablets tend to have rounded corners. Having the rounded cornered edges unifies this look.
