Collaborate with Office of Innovation at Northwestern Memorial, our team aimed to enhance the efficiency of the workflow in hospital. Working in a five people team, we did interviews with staff, and shadowing patients through research phase. Gathering that information and convert into possiblities for the future strategetic plan to raise patients numbers by 10X

The major found after research and synthesis, is that one; there is a lack of trust among the team since the liability and experience, and second, lot of paper work with one-time-use data is thrown out but is repetitively required during the process. 

The solution is not a typical design solution, which is a product/interface/service to relieve the painpoint. But a roal plan for a new strategy.

Also to fully present our design, we use animation overlapped use case with potential interface, to better show the posilibity and desirebility.
