As I post theses family photos they remind me of
the most important vocation I have had through the years: wife and mother.
In the 2013 photo below, we were on a road-trip to Philadelphia to celebrate cousin Jared's wedding. As the children grew into adults, I had more time for artwork and I was able to collaborate with my son David to convert
my art prints and calligraphy fonts into digital files.
CreativeClarkins was born!

Below the Clarkin Children pause for a moment to take a photograph in 2003 to celebrate the arrival of Andrew. At that time in my life there was very little time for artwork as my days were filled with the responsibilities of homeschooling my nine.
This Clarkin Family Portrait was taken in 1993 when I started my home business selling hand water colored Art Prints and Greeting Cards. I used to employ a mother's helper once a week. While she played for a few hours with the children,
I worked on art projects and picture framing in my studio.
