For Ruth Fowler's Form + Content class, we were challenged to focus on how and what the form and shape of a design can visually communicate. After picking the word "Anticipation" from a hat, I designed the tape dispenser below. Sharp angles, a long distance between the tape roll and the break point, and the tilted setting of the tape roll all played up the 'Anticipation' of this design.
