In early 2012, I designed the artwork and layout for an EP called Autio by the Finnish music project Desert M. The request was for 6 images: a dead tree, a view of Earth from space, acid rain, snow, and two city images. The theme was sort of a post-apocalyptic world enhanced by pixellation, glitching, and other heavy graphic distortion.
The client was very pleased with the result: "GOOD LOOORDDD that is amazing. All of it. That's just... goddamn. ... I can't think of anything I'd like to change here, it's all pretty much how I visioned it (but y'know, better). ... Thank you so much."
