Boom chair I designed for an event location in Rotterdam, named ‘De Boompjes’. The instruction was to design a stackable chair, but this should be most comfortable. So I designed an upholstered chair, on which you could easily sit for hours during a nice wedding diner listening to speeches.
I like the round forms of this chair, which makes a space friendly. Moreover if you fill a hall with round tables and Boom chairs, you will get a fantastic look of upholstered fronts and wooden backs.
