This animation is entirely a representation of my spirit animal. One main idea behind this video is to show representations of the spirit animal without showing the animal itself. While I do depict an actual cat in my video, it is an ambiguous shot compared to typical photos of cats. The overall video focuses on the sensuality of a cat, as it addresses all five senses in the video. As an artist and designer, I am attuned to my senses and often use them to my best advantage. The challenge behind this assignment was to complete one animation a day for 23 days. While some of my animations were either hand drawn or recorded on my DSLR, it was interesting to see the natural flow of the sequence after I compiled the 23 pieces into a single animation.
