El proyecto se constituye a partir de la reinterpretación del agua desde dos aproximaciones por un lado como elemento urbano a partir del análisis del crecimiento de la ciudad de Bogotá y su relación con los cuerpos de agua teniendo como analogía el análisis del trazado y canalización de la Quebrada de las Delicias en la manzana a intervenir en la localidad de Chapinero. Por otro lado, la interpretación de cómo el agua puede convertirse en elemento arquitectónico y proyectual, de forma tal que articule los espacios generando nuevas respuestas a la ciudad a través de la propuesta tectónica de la fachada con agua y su materialización.

The project is based on the reinterpretation of the concept of water from two approaches. The first one, is about the concept of water as an urban element , keeping in mind the analysis of the growth of the Bogota city and the relation through the years with the water inside the urban areas. Moreover, as a result of the analysis about 'La Quebrada de las Delicias´,it is possible to established an analogy about the growth of the city and the water inside of the city.

On the other hand , the interpretation about, How water can become an architectural element? , because it is the link between the different spaces inside the project. So, it generates new proposals to the city through tectonics, in this case with the idea of the water facade and the materialization.
