Unilin attaches a huge amount of importance to the atmosphere at work. They don't do formal, nor do they want a suit-up kind of work environment. Besides that, they also value the ideas and input their employees bring.
To strengthen the team spirit at work and to show that they really value all ideas, Unilin set up the Arena Challenge.

All employees (chiefs, managers, factory production assistants, secretaries, ...) we're asked to participate in the challenge. As Unilin wants to improve as a company, they were looking for new, innovative ideas. Turning this quest for new ideas into a challenge with, of course, a price for the winners, was a real hit.
