A strange pariah is standing on a busy street corner.
He is asking the passers-by:

»Do you want to see Him?
Do you want to see the Almighty?
Do you? Do you?
Do you want to see God?
Do you want to see God?
Do you want to see God?
Do you want to see him?
Do you?«
All the while he is cupping his bony hands like
a toothmissing child clasping a grasshopper.
And perhaps once in a while he thrusts his hands
open and outward gleefully and shouts all big-eyed:

»Behold!«
And there will be no inside nor outside of his hands.
