I created this animation at the end of my final college year as my graduation movie.
My goal was to create a quite long, simple and easy to understand animation. As a reference, I did use the American Dad, Family Guy and a 1986 Hungarian stop motion animation. The American Dad and Family Guy animations give me the idea for the camera settings and story basically. This two animation does not contain a lot of movement in a lot of scenes. In fact, these animation contains more small movements and a lot of talking scenes.

This gave me the idea for a simple story which I could show just on a small area in the scene, using only a few objects and in this case, this is the kid’s bed. So this could help me to reduce the animation and rendering time while I was able to create a long story with easy and simple scenes. But I also got an idea for a scene when I could show the whole room and all the objects what I created.

As I did in my previous animation, I also created some 2D textures ,such as the wallpaper and the pillow case. To save up some time, and I also did reused some of the object from my previous animation.

To complete this project I did use 3DS max, Photoshop, Z-Brush, After Effects and Sketchbook pro.
Here is a few picture about the making process including character making as well:
Few rendered image about the final look of the room.
