參考的藝術形式呼應時空背景選擇「伊斯蘭細密畫(Miniature) 」，始於《古蘭經》的邊飾圖案，它是一種用來裝飾書籍的精緻小型繪畫，一般認為起源於歐洲的手抄本和小型木板蛋膠畫。有舊有藝術風格為底，並以較現代和形象手法詮釋，畫面中許多框框象徵一種束縛和牽制。。
