For Spring 2012, I'm taking Illustration Drawing, and we had to create a character out of a mechanical appliance found in the home. So I chose an egg beater.
Walk cycle. I based it on a pair of crutches.
He has no mouth, so he can't speak, but he's meant to be a more mechanical/angry sort of character, so I thought it worked.

And the final cover, done in Illustrator.
The next phase of the project was to create a rotation of our character. I made a model out of clay, and then it transforms into a drawing that begins to walk. In the middle, it pauses and begins to rewind because that was a requirement in the project.
