Humanity has lost its fundamental connection with nature. We know we’re destroying the Earth and yet we’ve still not grasped the fact that we’re going to have to change our ways. If we want to survive as a race, and progress even further, we need to find that connection; listening to nature, working with nature.

In my work I’ve attempted to represent a vision of the future in which humanity, nature and wildlife live in harmony. If we give nature a space within our lives, nature gives back so much more.

Incorporating nature into our infrastructures can provide us with more and better food, medicine, resources, air quality, building insulation. We’d have more local jobs, a stronger community spirit, and many benefits for emotional and psychological well being. Not to mention that our lives will be so much more wholesome, and our spaces so much more beautiful.

Look after the earth, and the earth will look after you.
