This project was done for Fitzgerald Design Inc. Six Flags is a huge client of ours and we needed a way of gathering and organizing the requests coming in from each park. With this application the parks have the ability to submit requests to us, displayed in real-time, as we as upload any supporting files that we may need to complete their requests.
Login page created so that only clients with the password have access.
All Parks have their own section of the website so that they can see all of the activation in their park. They can also go to the other parks to see what they are doing and request similar programs.
Each park is broken down to list all of the locations within that park. This makes order/reordering much more streamlined. It is also a great help, on our end, with organizing park requests and uploads.
Each location within the park displays both the artwork created and photographs of the building.
The park has the ability to upload any supporting files to each location. These uploads then go into individual folders on our web hosting server so that they are organized. Each member of the team also gets an email alert when new files have been uploaded and to which park and location they were uploaded to.
Each park has the ability to submit written requests that are displayed on the front end of the website. We can communicate with them directly from here and it will all be recorded.
