Visiting health practitioners are taken through the referral process, where they can download a PDF version of the referral form.
The referral form can be completed and printed from within Adobe Acrobat, then faxed or mailed back to the MNPS clinic. This referral process was determined as the simplest and most cost-effective way of maintaining patient confidentiality without the need for implementing a secure eReferral system.
