A micro-living unit near Sokolniki park in Moscow, Russia
 
In the Sokolniki neighborhood of Moscow, Russia and very close to park, located inside one of the old classic soviet block buildings, exists a very small apartment, belonging to a single lady, unused for years, it had fallen into disrepair, the task was obvious, revive the old apartment to serve as housing unit once again. During on-site survey, several pieces of soviet wooden furniture were found, almost untouched for decades, it became a duty to restore them and ensure the renovated apartment would make a suitable setting for this now classical pieces. With services and storage spaces located in the back of the unit, the front was conceived as a single big space, with sliding metal frame and glass partitions that move in order to fully open the living and the sleeping area of the house, the former being disguised as a small office with a foldable classic wooden sofa-bed that serves as a day bed during work hours
