The client is currently using a non-vector logo. This results in rasterization when scaled upwards of 100% of the original size. In addition to sizing issues the current logo lacks crisp color and has a rather "muddy" feel due to a palette that consists of colors very close in value and hue.

In this comp I have taken the "crossed-keys" and made them a vector image. The vector allows for a very crisp presentation and no sizing issues. The typography used is a san-serif used currently by the client.

Spacing was crucial in the placement of this design. I wanted to create a piece that gave the eye an easy resting place and a very distinct hierarchy of the information to flow through. The shape that the logo creates was inspired and intended to mimic a patch. This allows ease of use incorporating the logo as staff uniform arm patches (on the sleeve or chest of polo shirts.)
