City Branding & Marketing: "Bad Segeberg - unsere Stadt"
 
"Bad Segeberg - unsere Stadt" (translated: "Bad Segeberg - our city") is a german city marketing initative for making the spa town more attractive for tourists and inhabitants. It's not about publishing advertisements for local companies. It's all about producing/sharing interesting, 
awesome and relevant content that really matters.
 
There are two significant characteristics of the city that raise the value of brand recognition. First of both is the limestone mountain (which is very rare in germany) in the middle of the town. A few hundred years ago on the top of the mountain there was a fortress – so the mountain is an important sign of the city. Second is the television tower, which has a completely different design compared to others in germany. It has a unique look.

All contents are published on Facebook. The images and contents of each post are always high quality.
Offline media
 
For generating more likes and fans on Facebook, some print products were developed. Every restaurant got a few hundred beer mats with the logo on and the link + QR-Code on the back. Then there was a "coupon"-campaign, where local companies could make awesome offers for all inhabitants. And for making sure, there are always companies that want to make offers, there's a token-card
