Demand Records is an established music label operating from Zurich/ Switzerland that releases Drum&Bass beats from artists all over the globe. They asked for a new logo and design for their digital series Demand Selects in form of a template that they could update themselves with each new release. As their approach is already quite graphicy I came up with the octagons that make it easy to construct releases with various tracks and keep an interesting look throughout.
Please note that my versions are only templates for the digital releases and social media platforms that I forwarded so the label can work with them. I included the original titles as they were given to me and I wanted to ensure that they have the first three releases good to go in case they have difficulties working with the files. After I delivered the open files they dabbled around with them and added the gradient and came up with different colors to the releases. The final design in action can be seen at the end of the project or in this cool video.

Even if a final design often looks basic and simple it´s a long and winding road until one finally gets there ;)
