    Luminograms by Jon Lybrook are paintings done on light-sensitive graphics art film with photochemistry. The work is then either backlit-illuminated, or printed using archival inkjet methods. The work is also printed using traditional intaglio printmaking techniques as monoprints. Read Less

By painting on graphic arts ortho-litho film with black and white photochemistry, household chemicals and use of light in the darkroom to create these complex photo-process-based compositions. The film is then scanned at high resolution, colors are heightened in digitally and the work is printed using pigment-based inkjet technology and archival EOM paper.
