Kip Hotel: Hackney London

The concept for Kip in Hackney was simple. Affordable accomodation in London which is clean, simple and cool. Initial branding looked at the concept of sleep in it’s most simple form, what you do after you stop. With that in mind the brand was fleshed out in a way taking influence from fashion brands, japanese pod-hotels and cold, hard geometry (in a nice way).

#GetSomeKip

The Hotel has seen full bookings since launch, a high conversion of sales on booking.com and strong reviews. The #GetSomeKip hashtag has been adopted by customers sharing their Kip experience. The branding and materials work was designed working independently with the Hotel owners (this included; logo and visual style, website visuals, brand guidelines, room numbers and signage, sweatshirts, room and hallway art, business cards, coffee menus, check-in app and more).
