CONTEXT OF USE
Scenario of use to describe the typical experience that a customer like The Meticulous Profes- sional (TMP) will have report:
After Hotel Rate finish the inspection, gives TMP a user name and password to view his report on the Hotel Rate web page. Because TMP is a detailer and less time to make their hotel ready to real inspection, immediately goes to website of Hotel Rate to check what goes wrong according to report.

TMP clicks to “Reports” link on the menu and directed to login page, after fills the user name and password to input boxes easily pushes the “login” button. He is now on the dashboard page. He views the widgets around and get an summarized issues like how many issues reported, How many of them is minor, major or business threatening and one of the most important, is his hotel how far of being “5 diamond hotel”.

He get curios about the details of issues and clicks “issue list” tab and views detailed issues well organized according to his needs. He decides to filter issues to make more specific to export and deliver to related departments or staffs. After he filtered, pushes the export button and takes his exported document as to be delivered.

WHAT IS THE CONTEXT OF USE? IN WHAT SETTINGS WILL THE PRODUCT BE USED?

FOR WHAT LENGTH OF TIME
Product likely to be used as soon as possible after inspection. It's important to provide quick de- livery report in less then a week because it's very obvious that hotels starts to fix their problems as much as they can fix before the real inspection for five diamond.

WILL THE USER LIKELY BE INTERRUPTED OR OTHERWISE NEED TO RETURN TO TASKS?
As a new user TMP will be interrupted to view issues report in Hotel Rate. User should spend some time to sign up, search and filter through list of issues to find appropriate issues. But if user already complete filtering flow once and has preferences in filtering then this process can be simplified. Service can suggest latest filters and just add needed to saved filters already sto- red from previous session so user needs just choose saved list or select latest one.

WILL THE PRODUCT BE USED AT HOME, IN THE OFFICE OR ON THE GO? SHOULD HOTEL RATE EXIST FIRST AS A MOBILE OR WEB-BASED PRODUCT?
Mobile version of the service is definitely needed. Busy workers used to use mobile phone in daily life a lot. They can be in the workplace, in the meeting, on the go to/from office, be with clients, but mobile phone is always at hand. It's much more easier to interact with mobile appli- cation if you have limited time. And also, in this case, product can be used for all scenarios (home, office, on the go). May be service can provide assignment process about issues with in- cluding other related units.

ARE THERE MULTIPLE USERS OF A SINGLE ACCOUNT OR DEVICE?
Its better to have one user for a single account, but there can be multiple users.
