Bengali is a regional language of West Bengal, India. Bengali’s script construction is more of calligraphy/handwriting. Its turns and curves are artistic in nature. This inspired me to do a project on Bengali typeface.
So, I observed and sampled some of the typeface’s compositions on Bengal streets for a certain period of time. Then I decided, why not to infuse kitsch feels to make it more bold and bright and it worked!
