This is just a warmup sketch I did on my Wacom Companion.

I just finished watching the complete Sons of anarchy show for like the 7th time and Tig (Kim Coates) is my favorite.

So I made this to say thanks for the entertainment.

 

This was a fast sketch with no real detail work, just making him recognizable.

When I do these in my companion I just split the screen, having Photoshop on one side and the reference on the other and just copy.

its a great and fast way to warmup your wrist. It doesnt alwasy look good but its effective and fun.

only one layer and one brush used in photoshop.

I love to tweak the brightness and contrast a little and looooove the "purpetua" filter.

I am really sorry for my long hiatus from this lovely site/app. As you might or might not know, I am studdying to become a fulltime tattoo artist and therefore have not had much time to create recently. I am on my way back so just sit tight and be patient. some cool stuff coming.
