“凉茶 Liang Cha” is a kind of drinking that made with several Chinese herbs, and the Liang Cha culture has been deep-rooted in Canton regions (southern China) for more than 200 years. Based on the seasonal weathers in souther China, which is hot, humid and rainy, people developed Liang Cha to dispel inner heat from their bodies.

This tea set contains six main herbs for user to be able to make their own combinations of Liang Cha based on their health conditions.
