A major new work for the Science Museum by Leo Bridle, to accompany the launch of a new exhibit in the Main Hall – James Watt's Workshop. Leo was asked to provide an artist's reaction to the amazing collection of Watt's antique engineering tools, machines, and ephemera stored away in the vaults of the Science Museum in Kensington, London. The exhibition is a recreation of James Watt's 1800's workshop – all 8430 objects – which includes his prototype for the steam condenser (which basically initiated the Industrial Revolution) and a 3D sculpture copying machine!
