UDI has experienced a huge need for expanding the number of staff as a result of last year's refugee flow. In collaboration with «Bokstaven K» UDI has developed an onboarding program that effectively should help the new employees to get into the UDI system. We have designed a reflections method book and e-learning modules to this program.
