Faces.
We all have one!
I drew some faces based on photos in a magazine. Then I colored them, and as I did so they got further and further away from the photos I drew them from (especially the second one--Asian vampire whaaaaat?). I don't draw people as much as I should, and I color them even less. I need to get better at skin tones and faces that are as lively as the critters I often draw are, while still looking human and relatable. They were done quickly, maybe two or three hours apiece. I stepped outside my comfort zone for these little doodles, and I'm satisfied with the results! Lady number three is my favorite, even if she looks a little manly.
