24 Hour Drawing
This work was part of a 24 hour drawing challenge done in the wonderfully helpful Limerick Printmakers. There was about 11 of us from fourth year printmaking, and a second year, in Limerick School of Art and Design, and was a fundraising event for our upcoming degree show..(9th of June..it's going to be epic.you should totally go). It started last Monday at 6 in the evening...and it was brilliant craic. Even for a guy who can barely stay awake past 11 in the evening. We then exhibited the work, on the Wednesday evening, raffled off 52 pieces that were hung, and sold some more from a further selection of 48 pieces in a portfolio. Thanks so much to all involved, Limerick Printmakers, contributing artists, and everyone who chipped in a bit. Funds were raised.a great success! I now really need to catch up on some sleep
